HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic s.r.o. has been operating on the Czech market since 1997. The Company is a fully owned subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH.
HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic is focused on development activities in construction investments, including comprehensive project management, i.e. project development in technical, economic, legal and organisational terms, project financing, legal, technical and financial supervision of realised projects and other related activities.
HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic commenced the development of its first office project during the second year of its existence. In 2000, Hadovka Office Park in Prague 6 became the company’s first completed project. Technopark Pekarska in Prague 5 and Kavci Hory Office Park in Prague 4 followed. The most recently completed project is the Trianon building on Budejovicka Square in Prague 4.
HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic currently has prepared another ambitious project in commercial real estate. The Office Islands will offer in seven planned buildings nearly 77,000 square meters of office and retail space.
